Summary
Darkness is everywhere and the chance of finding a light isn't very high... So when you see the slightest of glows, wouldn't you hold your hand out to it in hopes of finally being somewhere other than the dark?
Even if the glow was bearly brighter than the darkness you have been wondering in for so long. It may have been you only hope but will it truly help you escape or will it just wind up dragging you deeper? -

Summary
Servamp. A bloodthirsty vessel with hunger for another, but bound to that of a name from a master. A creature, who's creator could be none other than a monster in the eyes of man, left to wander the world in hunger. Thirsting for the taste of whatever unknowing soul it were to walk into on it's goal-less journey.
At least that is what the story told of.
The story was nothing more than a wive stale told to children. It was one of the many ways parents tried to prevent their children from wandering with strangers, or bringing home unwanted pets. Though I've never liked the story, I once had a slight interest in the creature it spoke of. The story never really detailed the being which probably became the reason why used to find myself daydreaming on just what a 'Servamp' was. Even going as far as dreaming of being one's friend some day.
Of course now I know such dreams are to be left to the children.
I'm 17 year old, Akio Endo. A simple guy just trying to make it through school so I can continue on with life how I want to. Of course, my bad karma has been on a streak recently and now I've found myself in the fabled contract of a Servamp. Just great. So much good a child's story did for me.
