Peter gets kidnapped at the age of 6 by Hydra and for a year they experiment on him giving him his powers. After one scientist has a change in morals she helps 7 year old Peter escape and leaves him with Ben and May Parker who take him in as their own. After Ben dies Peter finally decides to use his powers for good and becomes Spiderman. Matt murdock takes an interest to the new vigilante training him to help him with his senses unfortunately after Mays death and an argument with Matt, Peter gets found by Hydra again and they take him in and turn him into the assassin he is today.

Foster kid Peter Parker barrels around a corner with a rescued cat in his arms and a cop hot on his heels. He collides with Tony Stark and blurts, “Dad! You gotta help me!” in front of a dozen cameras.
The media eats it up, and Tony rolls with it, because why not? It's good PR. The narrative writes itself. And everyone loves a good redemption arc... All he had to do was borrow the kid, smile for the cameras, and hand him back when the buzz dies down. Easy. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
His dad is a busy man, saving the lives of people across the universe. It means he has little time for his son. Peter understands this, but that doesn't make it hurt any less.
Fortunately, he's got Tony Stark in his corner. And he won't be telling the sorcerer at any point that he's the Spider Man he so intensely despises.
(Peter's closer to Tony then his real dad and this becomes an issue when Peter realises he's had enough).
