Dokja’s brain seemed to be working at a much slower pace than usual—probably a result of missing his cup of lukewarm coffee that morning—so much so he couldn’t help but stare at his CEO in disbelief. “What?”
Kim Dokja doesn’t have much to look forward to in life.
He works a white-collar job six days a week, living on instant meals and cans of beer. The stories he reads are the only thing that make him feel alive.
So, as stated before, there isn’t much to look forward to in his life.
But when he’s transferred to the project management department to oversee his accounting firm’s collaboration with a major publishing company, he can’t help but feel a flicker of anticipation. For once, work might actually be worth going to.
What Dokja doesn’t realize, however, is that Omniscient Publishing’s new project will change far more than his career—it will change his life.
