She's a Runner.
To the rest of the galaxy that means something, legendary warrior and bringer of destruction all wrapping up in one.
But to her it only means one thing. It means she's prey. It means she's hunted by the Wraith across the surface of a hundred worlds. It means she can never stop moving, never stop running.
Except for once, when she met a man like herself, another Runner who knew what it was like to live in stolen moments between terror and death. He called himself Ronon.
By the time she met him she'd lost so much of herself, she'd lost Buffy, buried the name because Buffy wasn't a survivor. Slayer was a survivor. That primal part of her that was just the hunt and the kill, the part that she'd swore never let consume her, that's all she is now.
When Ronon offers her an escape, the ability to stop, to stand still without fear of death following in her wake, can she take it? She's not sure she remembers what it's like to just be her. Who is she without the chase? Can she find that girl she left behind to keep herself alive? Can she be Buffy again?

Summary

But when his seeing eye dog dies, that solitude is suddenly broken when Gabriel shows up not with another dog but an actual human slave. Castiel doesn't believe in slavery, but he can't turn away the very hurt and broken man he's given.

“Mikey?”
Michelangelo doesn’t answer, standing alone in the shadows. Leonardo moves to place a hand on his shoulder but pulls his hand back when the youngest screams in utter terror, his eyes wild and staring at the space around them. It’s a sound that haunts them all to their core, ringing over and over and Mikey keeps screaming and sobbing, begging for something they can’t understand. The fungi quickly latches onto his face, mushrooms digging into his eyes, across his shell -
“Mikey!” Raph yells but Mikey doesn’t hear them, lost in his own nightmare and unable to defend himself as the mushrooms consume his face completely. Instead, they can only watch helplessly as Michelangelo gets dragged into the darkness.~
A mysterious infestation of fungi in the sewer system of their old home causes the turtles to each become trapped in the own never-ending nightmares. Imprisoned in the dark caverns and the last one standing, Leo must battle his own fears if he stands a chance of saving his brothers before they are all consumed by their own terror.

TLDR: remember that 2012 episode with the fungus? I rewrote that for 2003, but much darker.

Summary
During the episode "Same As It Never Was," Donatello feels himself being summoned home. He can hear his father's frantic call and see his flickering silhouette. He reaches out, desperate to return, but something blocks him. He wakes up two days later to a funeral invite and one very burnt arm. He was going home... what stopped him?
Joined by a battle-hardened April and a salamander warrior grieving the loss of her partner, Donatello sets off in search of a way home. There's something trapping him here in this nightmare world, and they will stop at nothing to find it.

Based off of Hainju's art work.
Warnings: There will be death (It’s the Wild West), t-cest (I’m writing it), major injuries (Again Wild West), het, and slash (I like to have the Turtles swing both ways).
I would also like to point out that, even though some of this might be influenced by history, this is not the American Wild West. This is a fictional place that never existed. Please don’t fact check me and say that the Native Americans or settlers weren’t doing this or that. I’m not trying to make a historical fiction. This is just pure fiction.
