Summary
Daniel made a mistake. A big one. A really fucking big one that threatens to ruin his friendship with the one person he cares so much about it's probably unhealthy. And now he's trying to work out how to fix it, with absolutely no help from his bandmates and supposed best friends.
OR: the short university human AU that no one asked for 😜
Unashamed fluff, barely any plot, just cute vibes, all our favourite boys being their best chaotic selves, and Armand and Daniel being complete goofballs for each other.

Summary
“Yes. I suppose. I think I’ve heard some people say it’s… healthy?” he asks, like he’s trying to pronounce a foreign dish for the first time, and Daniel snorts.
“Yeah. See? It wasn’t so bad.”
“I’ll get back to you with the precise badness evaluation when I’ve finished analysing it,” Armand huffs, throwing the covers over himself and sliding lower, until all that’s left is a mop of dark curls peeking out.
“I’m sure you will. I love you, you freak.”
“I love you too.”
Or: due to a scheduling conflict, Daniel and Armand have to spend a few weeks apart, and they both proceed to be Completely Normal about it.

Summary
The names were the greatest mystery in Westeros. Each kingdom had their own telling of the story. None of the kingdoms could agree on where they were from or how they came to be. Each thought a different god, their own interpretation of religion, was responsible, but all seemed to agree on one thing: they were a gift.

Summary
Armand was aware that he often lost time.
It was better now than it had once been.
On the slave ship, in the brothel, when he was in Marius’ care.
He had never questioned why it happened or what caused it. He knew enough of the modern era to know that an answer was likely out there somewhere, but what good would such a thing do him?
Waking up in an unfamiliar bed in an apartment that seemed only vaguely familiar was all the more disconcerting for how long it had been since it had happened to Armand.
He tried to orient himself. He needed to put just enough of the pieces together to know enough to fake his way through his next few interactions and then it would be as if it never happened.

Summary
“Petra tou Romiou, huh? Didn’t figure you one for tourist traps,” Daniel offers into the night air.
"They say that Venus, Aphrodite, whichever name you know her by, emerged from the sea foam here. She was never a baby, or a child, she emerged beautiful, with love and lust and desire following behind her,” Armand recounts.
“Yeah, this is her rock we’re sitting on, apparently," Daniel agrees non-committedly. "Cut the bullshit, we need to talk.”
Armand says nothing. Continues staring out at the ocean.
“Look at me,” Daniel hisses.
Armand turns to face him, and the breath is punched out of his chest.
Seeing him again, in the flesh, beautiful and inhuman, Daniel is forced to remember that this is not just another story he has been chasing. There is no book at the end of this year's long line of inquiry, no documentary or Pulitzer-winning article. No professional detachment. There is just this—two monsters on a beach and a horrible amalgamation of emotions that fill Daniel’s rotted heart and scarred throat.
