The man blinked slowly, golden lashes brushing against pale cheeks. “I see,” Kishiar murmured softly. “So there’s no reason for you to leave. You should stay here forever, Yuder.”
Yuder’s lips moved, but no sound left him. There was an odd look in the man’s eyes. Yuder had the feeling that he shouldn’t say anything about leaving, even if it were about leaving in the distant future. Not right now, at least.
