Danny was buried in gotham by his parents locked away in ghost proof coffin. He astral projected out of it as a dog and was then confined to the graveyard. He witnessed Jason’s return to living but couldn'thelp dig him out or follow. They dug him out and Danny didnt want to return to his body until Jason’s desperation to save Tim made Danny go into his body to help save Tim. Danny was likely locked in the coffin for 6 years. Cass and Jason are with Danny. They manage to get a hold of Jazz and meet up
