A predominately fluffy TCW wish-fulfillment series, wherein order 66 was never implemented and the Republic never fell (but Palpatine did), Jango Fett is a genuinely nice person who sided with his clones, and said clones are living the happy post-war lives they deserve, with new family members and with each other. Prepare for LOTS of snuggles and warmfuzzies (and maybe a little adventure here or there)!

Summary
Just my personal Star Wars fanfic AU playground, focusing on giving happier endings to the Fetts, some favorite clones, the Ghost crew, and possibly more to come. The "Nightlight" is the name of a new starship Jango and Boba acquire in this universe, but I used it for the whole series, for lack of a better, more unifying title. Since it's all about giving some Star Wars families kinder fates, I hope it WILL all be a bit like a comforting "nightlight," after all. <3

The ARC startled and grunted, though he supposed he should have expected something of the kind, having left his twin to entertain himself for two whole minutes while he checked the weather. “Fives…”

Summary
Fives tries to shove his irritation into the deep, dark corner of his mind. It’s not like he’s never been late to a rendezvous point before. Although, it is a little different when you’re standing in a meter of snow with more piling down by the second.
And meanwhile, here’s Echo, the kriffing poster boy of patience, standing loosely and reading over something on his data pad. He gets to keep himself busy while Fives “keeps watch”. But there’s nothing to watch for. This mission has been a waste of GAR time. Another false report leaked as a red herring to have valuable troopers dispatched on some Maker forsaken planet in the middle of nowhere.
Checking his chrono again, Fives sighs loudly enough that it hisses through his modulator.
Echo doesn’t look up from whatever the kriff he’s looking at. “What?”
“What do you mean what?” Fives asks flatly. “We’ve been standing here for over two hours.”
Fives and Echo get stranded finishing up a mission...minor chaos ensues.
