Summary
There were rumors, quickly squashed by the island kingdom, that the Prince of Ithaca had grown wings on his feet when he was a boy. There were rumors that he had wings elsewhere too; on his back and behind his ears. They were squashed even quicker. Anyone who could get a look at the prince could see that his body was not adorned in feathers of any kind.
None of them knew, and Ithaca’s royal family planned to keep it that way. Fearing that this problem of unknown origin (curse or yet another divine being’s fling with a mortal) would be seen as an insult to the gods and bring down their wrath. Odysseus has grown used to having to cut down or hide the extra appendages, but the struggle only grew when he was forced into the Trojan War.
Now, with the war at its end and his fleet ready to return home, he only has one thing on his mind; getting home to his wife and son.
OR
An alternate universe where Hermes's relation to one particular Greek hero becomes a bit more prominent, and he suddenly has a much better reason to help Odysseus on his journey home.

Emotional destroyed me, indepth portrayal of characters and how life and death effects them.
It shows just how fucked up the world can be and how sometimes there is no happy ending no matter how much you beg, life goes on."Sometimes we feel like people love us more dead than alive."
Harry never had a moment of peace in his life, never feeling loved at home and being abused in the most soul crushing way at school from such a young age with no one to tell.
When he finally is free from his abuser due to him going to jail, his new teacher who replaces him shows him care, gives him the basic kindness that he had been neglected.
Except just when he finally starts to believe that he is safe, his new teacher stops talking to him, stops smiling, everything.
His one source of comfort and acceptance is torn from him but just within reach, he slowly shuts down, forgetting to eat, not sleeping, having panic attacks. Just when it seems like he's at his lowest, his teacher calls for him to stay back so they can talk.
Harry's practically worse then at the beginning of the year but doesn't have time to say anything as he's quickly put to sleep with a spell.
Waking up he panics about the time, trying to stand up but is commanded to sit by Tom, reacting badly due to his mental state he assums that Tom has figured out that he is a freak and that he's only good for one thing... crawling over to Tom he attempts to 'initiate' it to get it over as quickly as possible.
Tom quickly pulls his hand away before anything can happen, sick because of the past treatment of Harry and his own bad memories, he opens his arms for a hug and takes Harry into his arms.
Within the first hug that Harry has gotten, surrounded by Tom's warmth; his throat is slit.
Dying in Tom's arms he only asks whether he will go to heaven and confesses that he's scared, never once blaming Tom for killing him.
In his final moments Tom comforts him by saying that death is painless, even telling him about his own death.
He dies there, killed by the one person who he thought cared about him, never once thinking otherwise even at the very end.Its revealed that Harry was killed by Tom to create his "final" horcrux, unknowing that Harry was one all along. When Tom goes to talk to the horcrux he 'created' it turns out to be the one from Harry and is furious at Tom.
He yells at him for killing Harry, the person who taught him what its like to be loved, who showed him how to be human; and as revenge he shows Tom what Harry's live felt like.
Tom breaks down afterwards because his one source of love is gone due to him, he breaks down and only comes back to himself a full day later.
He's still covered in Harry's blood, condensing it into gem like droplets because it's the only thing he has left of Harry. Later making it into a necklace. (such as the one he imagined gifting to Harry when receiving the stone shard... a necklace of blood)
It time skips to him taking over Britain and fixing it for the better, showing situations of him being highly protective of Harry's memory.
Tom reflects on all the changes he still has to make but ends with hoping that after he's done he can join Harry in death. -

Summary
Propped up in the Room of Hidden Things, behind towers of books and an ancient cabinet, Harry finds an empty mirror frame. Stepping through it out of curiosity, he crosses the boundary to the 1940s, the times during the Second World War when Grindelwald still ravaged the wizarding world, not Voldemort.
To Harry’s eyes, however, everything seemed normal. That is, until he found himself face to face with a young Tom Riddle and an immovable door.
Rushing back through the mirror, he’s able to slip back into the present and escape. A few days later, however, he returns to the past, resolved to kill Riddle and change the future.

Summary
Voldemort, unexpectedly short on money and growing tired of both Wormtail's existence and Nagini's incessant pleas to eat the wizard, has a most brilliant idea: crowdfunding, and the first reward tier is a livestreamed broadcast of Nagini getting her wish. It is a massive success - and the people demand more.
Said 'people' just so happens to include one Boy-Who-Lived.
