Of course, he can handle most angry people. He's a count with dignity and wits after all. He could face an angry king with the composed calmness of a dignified man with years of experience.
Its just that there are two angry people that he could never win against. One of them is his deceased wife, Jour Thames. She's scary.
But the one who makes him shudder just from a simple glare? It is his one and only older brother, Derius Henituse. He grew up watching how scary that man is.
Imagine the fear he felt when the said older brother came back from who knows where, barged in his office, and recited his full name with a calm, cold voice filled with venom.

Ash and Pikachu investigate a disturbance in the Hoenn desert, only to find Jirachi. Without thinking, Ash wishes for a world where Pokémon and Humans understand each other upon hearing Jirachi's anger towards humans. Jirachi then turns the entire world into anthro Pokémon, leaving no humans or normal Pokémon behind, altering their memories so that they don't remember the past before.
This story takes place in a world I like to call the Post-Jirachi Universe, and anyone is free to submit sequel ideas to this story for me to write. The commissioner is encouraging sequels to this, and the two of us intend to continue the story ourselves. So if you're interested, drop me a note. :)
