Summary
The Justice League attempt to summon The High Prince of Infinite Realm, legends described the being as a kind and fair ruler of the infinite realm where the line of life ends. From their ancestors tales High Prince Phantom have white hair, tan skin and toxic green eyes. Instead of Phantom, a baby with white hair braided in cornrows dreads, dark skin and purple eyes appeared in the summoning circle. Constantine screeched the moment he realized who the baby belongs to.

Instead of summoning High Prince Phantom (that the JL didn't know already married and have a son), they summoned Phantom's, The Dryad Queen and Pharaoh Duulaman's descendant's (Danny/Sam/Tucker) son.

Damian met a vampire. Pale, sharp fangs, unbelievably strong in a twink body, and have a very outdated flip phone. When a nearby building is burning down, Damian made a deal with the vampire. He will provide for Danny in exchange Danny have to help him save everyone stuck in the building.

To escape GIW and his royal obligations, Danny goes to another dimension to start a new life without a plan. Now he is in Gotham with no legal documents and dirt poor. Everything turns better when someone made a deal with him, how did Damian know that he have superpower? No idea, but that guy is apparently a vigilante and rich so he shrugged and agreed to help him.
Or Damian unknowingly made a deal with The High Prince of Infinite Realm / Danny unknowingly gained a Sugar Daddy (?)
Or Batfam thinks Damian is trying to hide his relationship with Danny
