Ghost is going to the first ever Kamen rider convention held in Canada, and is so excited that he brought his Houhoo Mach Driver, break gunner and the Chaser Signal bike, along with all the other signal bikes and some shift cars, and his cosplay of Chaser, before a bright flash of louche engulfs him and he is sent to the My hero academia universe, where he now fights Villains as the mysterious and dangerous Vigilante Chaser.
