Murder, theft, love, sex, and drugs are all Eddie has known for the last 6 years. When Billy brings home a mark just for him, Eddie gets a taste of power.

Eddie perked and leaned into Billy as he brought the images within his eyeline. Most of their targets were women; easy women that wouldn’t be missed. It was rare for Billy to set eyes on a man, and this was the first time he'd said they were Eddie’s type.
His eyes lit up when he saw the photographs. The man in them was gorgeous. “There’s no way someone like him won’t be missed.” Eddie took the pictures and glanced through them.
“He’s a fine piece, isn’t he?” Billy smiled affectionately at how Eddie was eagerly looking through the pictures. “Figured I’d get you a present. You’ve seemed down recently.”
“He seems like a major risk, though,” Eddie said, looking at Billy with worried eyes.
“I’ll need to keep an eye on him for a little while to make sure, but he fits our profile.”
Eddie turned back to the images. The guy was wearing fairly nice clothes. “He looks like he’s loaded.”
“Right?” Billy smiled. “If we do this one right, we may be able to pack it in for good."
