Summary
The battle had been won, albeit messily. The Empire Camp's soldiers did not all agree to the surrender, resulting in a mix of chaos, bloodshed, and an ire for the survivors. Megan Fleming, soldier of the Royal Nation, cares for none of this. Her sole goal lies in Joanesque Vaugrenard, a woman of the Empire, one with whom she is not supposed to have any relationship with.
A woman whom she loves.
But the question lies in whether or not Megan has the ability to keep Joan safe in her Nation camp, one where the majority of the soldiers hold nothing but hatred for the Golden Empire.

Summary
For decades, kinfolk had been going missing. At first, it started with lesser fera; the weak and the needy vanishing with little more than a whimper. However, as the years wore long and shifters wore tired, the true repercussions of losing a generation of children became apparent.
Those who managed to survive to their first change were lucky, and those who didn’t change at all were lost to the culling.
The nation is in crisis, and the Garou, with their long lifespan and deep pools of kinfolk, saw nary an issue on the horizon. But as tribes turn a blind eye to the pools of Grimm festering beneath their feet, it takes a girl barely escaping death to bring the silent war, far too foreign to their battle-stained minds, sharply into focus.
