Most days she couldn't look her citizens in the eyes when she went out. She couldn't handle all the hateful glares she got. But the frightened ones were the worst. Knowing that she was the reason why her people were scared and hopeless, Just because she existed and needed someone to blame. Seeing the land crumble and tear beneath her feet broke her heart alongside each tear of the earth. Each day passed on, more of the land being destroyed and more civilians leaving out of fear. She was starting to believe it truly was her fault.
