Summary
Barry went still, breath catching in his throat. His eyes, wide and soft, locked on Len's with the same unguarded wonder he'd worn on their first date. Lips parted, like he meant to say something but the words were caught in the net between his ribs. Len had tucked that memory away in the deepest corner of his heart — because that was the moment he'd thought, ah... I'm truly and indefinitely fucked.
Then the shrill buzz of Barry's phone echoed in the quiet, making him flinch. Len's hand fell away.
And just like that, the look in Barry's eyes vanished — wiped clean — leaving Len to be nothing but a stranger again.
Or: Where Barry gets amnesia, Len is partly amused, and they fall in love again.
(Or: Me bending time and space and canon for the narrative of this story because I accidentally went down a ColdFlash-shaped rabbit hole while looking for ArrowFlash friendship fics instead. It takes place across two days because one day wasn't enough for amnesia Barry.)

John Watson is left-handed.
He’s tried not to let it affect his life, but as any Lefty knows, that’s almost impossible.

Summary
“Take all my sympathy as read,” Sam says, “it’s fucked up what they did to you, but my point still stands. If you like pain there’s plenty of normal people you could date.”
“If they like pain,” Bucky snaps, “then they’re not normal. Q.E.D.!” He gets really loud sometimes. “Besides, it’s not just pain. The details of what I need—you’d be horrified if I told you.”
“Yeah? I notice you haven’t tried telling me.” Sam can’t stand people making a big deal about how shocking their kinks are, and he can’t stand Bucky anyway. So it’s not the most palatable combination.

Summary
London, 1840.
The daguerreotype process, unveiled a year prior in France, has made its way into the home of one Mycroft Holmes. He spends his days running England from behind the scenes, of course, but also photographing frilly aristocrats who have nothing better to do than gossip and giggle.
That is, until Constable Greg Lestrade appears on his doorstep.
—
Slow burn early Victorian AU featuring Mycroft as a daguerreotype artist.

Summary
"But you didn't answer," Len asks, leaning close. "Why sit next to me?"
"Just looking for something familiar, I guess."
"And I'm familiar?"
Barry spares him a quick glance, a small but sharp smile quirking up the corners of his mouth. "Do you want to be?"
____________
Barry Allen sits down next to Len at Saints and Sinners with a chip on his shoulder, a bitter tone, and a faraway stare. With a deck of cards, the placebo effect, and a whole lot of chatter, Len tries to distract Barry from whatever's got him anchored until he's in way too deep himself.
