If it was both, how mistreated would you be? Despite Coral trying to ignore her personal feelings in favor of productivity, the whispers in the back of her head eventually leak through like a spillage of ink; slowly effecting how she acts, how she works, and as of this context, how she struggles to build newer relations.
Through this particular dream, we especially get to witness Coral's hidden desperation for someone who understands and feels just as ostracized as her.
However, it's not just as simple as letting a button do the heavy lifting for you.
