Summary
Traditionally we all remember Ash’s story right? Who wouldn’t? Starting in Kanto after a rocky start with his starter Pikachu, Ash seemed to defy the flow of time. Staying that same boyish kid over and over again. Did we never question why? Were we too caught up in the epic of Ash’s life?
In time and space, there are phenomena known as paradoxes. They break all preconceived notions. They exist outside the rules. Rules like as time progresses so does one’s age.
What if Ash was one such paradox? An anomaly of space and time?
And what if due to unforeseen events Ash’s story did not begin in Kanto but Sinnoh? A new stream of events. He would age. The world would progress and continue not caught in an infinite loop each time Ash fought to become champion. Everything would be normal.
