Megumi sees the way the man's throat bobs when he swallows and fights the urge to mirror the action, has to cross his arms to keep himself together when his heart skips a beat. 

    Silence.

    Then,

    "Hello." In a deep timbre that makes something in Megumi tighten and curl. "You must be mine."
