Minho shrugged. “Well, it’s not like I can kill here. Neither can you.”
“Fair enough,” Felix hummed, placing the empty glass vessel on the counter. Minho glanced at his lips—stained red. Somehow the color didn’t bother him this time—maybe it was the prior knowledge that it wasn’t blood.
“How do you know my name?” Minho asked, resting his face on his palm, his elbow stretching onto the counter.
“You run famous both ways, love,” Felix replied as Jisung sipped his drink. “Hold exceptional looks too.”

Summary
There’s a barely perceptible itch under his skin—but then again, the barely perceptible itches are the worst ones. “You left your fucking gloves and your cigarette in the pack you gave my captain, Jisung.” Blatant itches get scratched easily. You can never find the source of the barely perceptible ones. “You wanted me to come crawling back to you, didn’t you?”
And then you can never scratch the itch, and it stays under your skin for a long, long time.
Jisung finally looks at him. There’s not a hint of a grin on his face when he answers: “Maybe.”
Or: In a vast universe infinitely expanding, Minho keeps coming back to him.

Summary
“Oh? What prompted the need for your ‘fresh start’?” asks Jisung. He pops one of the transmission bolts free and scurries after it as it rolls across the ground.
Minho quirks a brow at the clumsy display, stuffs his hands in his pockets. The cute little mechanic is amusing, he’ll admit. Makes him want to say something completely out-of-left-field just to see his reaction; he imagines big round eyes, a disconcerted pout. Adorable.
Minho shrugs. “I fumbled one too many romantic prospects east of the Continental Divide, and I have too much of a pariah complex to handle it maturely.”

Or: Following another catastrophic end to a long list of failed relationships, Minho decides to pack up and start his life anew, but his plans are thwarted when his car breaks down on his drive across the Rocky Mountains. He’s then forced to take up temporary residence in the nearby lakeside town while he waits for his car to be repaired by the cute local mechanic.
