    Summary

Alastor has been the conductor of the orchestra for years, youngest ever to hold the position, thank you kindly. When the Board pushes for an open audition, he was prepared for the tone-deaf clout chasers to waste his time.
He was not prepared for Lucifer, the man who ruined his mid-morning coffee run, to reignite the fire in his heart that once drove him to compose. He was not expecting the return of the muse he lost years ago to be accompanied by violin concertos and dazzling sapphire eyes.

And Lucifer? He just needed to get out of his newly-leased divorcee pad and figured the old violin he found amidst the boxed up ruins of his marriage was better than pickleball.

    AKA

Lucifer makes a deal with Alastor; an audition for a phone number. As in all things, they make a royal mess of it from there.

    Summary

The mainlanders say the island is strange.

They say that no one lives there anymore, but still, the ferries come and go, day in, day out, empty as ever. They say a Priest murdered a man there once, and the fishing boats are run by ghost crews. There's even a rumor that anyone that steps foot on the island will not return, or if they do, they’ll have been replaced.

Hunter knows these stories to be mere fiction—the truth is more terrifying than that.

The island of Graves Cay is infested with faeries. They hide in plain sight. They look like people, sound like people, act like people—but Uncle says they can never, ever be trusted. A faery made Hunter’s parents disappear. A selkie cursed his family name to ruin.

When a brush with death leads to his tentative affection for a faery girl named Willow, he must reevaluate everything he knows to be true. Nothing on the island is as it seems.

    Not even himself.

    Summary

Hunter believes he can finally leave his past behind to create a normal life for himself. Wishing he had his first friend to talk to again, he starts writing letters to Flapjack. He starts his first term of school, spends quality time with his friends, and avoids thinking about everything that came before this moment. Who cares that he’s a grimwalker or that he was the evil emperor’s right-hand-man or that he’s always staring at other witches’ palismen? None of that matters. The past is in the past.

But the past isn’t so easy to ignore when you were made from a 350 year old body. Not every mirror can be covered; not every secret can be buried. As Hunter’s past gets dug up and put on public display, he fights to keep it buried—even if that means he’ll have to bury himself.

    Summary

(Human AU / Normal Canon Character Swap)

Darius loved his son more than anything. Hunter was the light of his life, and Darius would do everything in his power to make sure that he would always be safe and loved, right where he belonged at his father's side. However, when Darius wakes up one day to find that his once human son was seemingly no longer human, ears pointed and eyes strikingly magenta, he’s forced to wonder if the boy living with him now was truly his son or an imposter wearing the face of his beloved child.
