Satoru's hands clench in his pants pockets and he feels the hairs on the back of his neck raise. It’s not possible. But then…he would never mistake it. It may have been 10 years, but he’d never forget these residuals. The Six-Eyes broaden their focus, searching the area. Satoru swallows, his throat clicking, and he steps forward. He doesn’t hurry his pace, unsure of what he’ll find, and he walks toward a small alley that juts out from the main street.
Crumpled on the ground, back leaning against one of the buildings, is Suguru.

10 years after Geto Suguru defects from Jujutsu society, he suddenly appears in front of Satoru alone and dying. Satoru refuses to let him die because this is his second chance. Their second chance.
