Enid loves to wear baggy clothes, she loves them, she truly does. That's all, seriously. There's no other meaning to why she'd never show her body, none.
Or
Enid is abused by her family so she wears multiple layers of clothing to hide the scars left behind, by herself and her 'loved' ones. But people notice something is wrong, more specifically her future parental figures :)
