Summary
Cassandra is put in charge of guarding the crown of the Lost Princess, when it gets stolen by Flynn Rider. She sets off to capture him and redeem herself, but discovers that he's made a friend with impossibly long blonde hair. Cassandra joins the journey to take Rapunzel to the lanterns, and somehow her prisoner, Flynn Rider, becomes her trusted friend, Eugene.
On the journey, Cassandra realizes she's falling in love with Rapunzel. But so is Eugene. Love triangle drama and the info that Gothel reveals leads to a betrayal. A stabbing and a haircut at the end.
Basically, a retelling of the plot of the movie with Cassandra included.
