Summary
In the future, to help increase the downfall of population, the government took the initiative 'Euphoria'. In this, men can bang any woman eligible of getting pregnant(usually of ages 14-40) without asking for consent. They can do it anywhere, whenever they want, however they want as long as the woman gets pregnant.
To even make sure that men participate more and increase the population, the government even hosts auctions in which women are sold to breeders. More initiative inclued banning women clothes or banning consent from a women.
Hence, Euphoria.
