Eregion has fallen, and elves face a dire situation. To protect any chances they have of victory, High King Gil-Galad decides to appoint a bodyguard to his herald and commander. You expected to guard a a gentle scroll wilder, nothing like the cold soldier facing you. Yet, you're still expected to spend every hour of every day following his every step. What could go wrong ?

Summary
In a language that does not belong to our world, the forest is called Andorotaurë, a forest of gates. Lily is blissfully unaware of this and thinks it is just a Finnish word. Once she arrives at the estate hidden in the depths of the forest, she realises there is more at play than she expected. From the start, everything has been strange, she inherited the house from a relative she had never met, and it feels as if every room and corridor is hiding something just beyond her sight. When one night an accident occurs that leaves her no option but to trust these weird fae-like creatures that she is unable to properly communicate with, the only thing she can do is hope everything will be better soon and that she will not get killed before that time.
Or, a few of Tolkien's elves end up in our modern world, but nothing goes the way it is supposed to due to language barriers, fear and the fact the 3C are not always the best at handling certain matters such as scared human girls.

As time settles the world’s chaos, Gil-Galad begins to feel an unusual boredom. After centuries of war, his days are now filled with mundane paperwork, the ink on the parchment mocking him with its monotony. When he receives a letter from Master Boat Builder Cirdan, asking for aid for a small group of humans whose ship has sunk, Gil-Galad agrees, recognizing his duty to help.
Upon meeting the High King, you are caught off guard by an unexpected attraction. With your ship at the bottom of the bay, you aim to use your charm to secure a new vessel for yourself and your crew. However, as days go by, Gil-Galad's genuine compassion and kindness complicate things. The initial plan to flirt and deceive begins to clash with the genuine emotions that develop. You find yourself torn between the charming facade and emerging feelings for the High King.
As the truth looms closer, the question remains—how will Gil-Galad react when he learns the real reason behind your visit?
