In the aftermath of escaping a conversion camp, Robin and Steve navigate the challenges of recovery and rebuilding their lives. Flashbacks reveal their harrowing experiences at the camp, including their bond forged amidst oppression and their daring escape. As they adjust to life post-camp, they find solace and strength in each other, confronting their pasts and coming to terms with their identities. Themes of resilience, friendship, and self-discovery are central as they reclaim their freedom and forge a path forward.

English is not my 1st language, and I'm still writing the story. The timeline is that instead of meeting in work, they meet at camp, Robin is sent because she comes out to her parents and Steve because of a misunderstanding. Steve thinks is hetero and discovers his bi during camp.
________________
The backstory of how Steve meets the kids in this universe is told, but it's not the focus. Basically instead of upside down stuff, we have human monsters and Steve gets involved to protect the kids, and they end up bonded.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.
