I found a prompt on tumblr and saved it in my google docs. It has been months since I have looked at it, but here it is:
Amnesia!lock AU: Sherlock and John first meet after Sherlock is in an accident, and loses his memory. John, his doctor, is the only one who doesn't expect anything of him other than to get better. The two bond, and fall in love after Sherlock is released. But the entire time John is worried he's taking advantage of an injured patient, and that Sherlock won't love him when he regains his "real life." Sherlock regains his memory, but hides it because he's worried John wont love the "real him"

“May I?” he asks. I open my mouth to speak. It bobs about like a fish out of water, but still no sound comes out. Nothing in my brain seems to connect; perhaps it is from pure instinct that I lean back into him. Our mouths meet, this time with equal desire. John parts my lips with his tongue and seeks out the warmth inside. I have had my own tongue inside my mouth for my entire life, and I can assure anyone who wants to know it has never caused me to feel what his is causing me to feel right now.

“I know you.” Q closed his eyes again. “What do you want as your reward for returning my technology?”
