Tommy’s heart squeezed in his chest. They- the three of them- had an emotion Tommy was unfamiliar with plastered on their faces and he could smell it oozing from their hands and breath and bodies. He wanted the hotdog. And everything that came with it. Badly. He wanted everything it meant so fiercely it crawled into his throat and choked him. It’s everything and nothing. It’s hard to think with four paws, but Tommy’s had a lot of practice.

He reached up into the cabinet and groped around for a bit, pushing a few glasses around before he found it. His hands touched cold steel, fingers curling around the handle of the gun and on the trigger. His ears twitched as the person shuffled closer to the door. He let a small smirk twitch at the corner of his mouth as he turned and shot it into the hallway. A short yelp cut off by a strangled gasp sounded. He narrowed his eyes at the figure that crept out after. Holding their shoulder as blood cascaded from it.
“Siren,” He acknowledged. “You know I’m a minor right? This is real fuckin creepy king.”
“Theseus, as sharp as ever.” He grinned, but it slowly turned to a grimace. “How’d you know I was there?”
Or, Hero Tommy's face gets exposed and Villain Wilbur decides its a free brother.

Summary
Something sharp presses against the back of his head, at the divot between his skull and spine, and a familiar voice says:
“Hello, Imp. Funny running into you tonight.”
Tommy’s heart drops into the pit of his abdomen.
“Smile,” he chokes out, biting back the man’s real name while in mask. Always best to be cautious, no matter how alone they might assume they are. “I thought you were on a business trip.” He hides the worst of his shaking under genuine curiosity.
“I was,” Dream shrugs, the tip of his ukaku digging harshly against Tommy’s head. He winces, the warm sensation of blood beading and trickling down his spine. It’s hardly more than a prick, but it’s a warning nevertheless, and Tommy stays stock-still, eyes trained forward.
“But I’m back now,” Dream says a bit louder, throwing his voice like a gauntlet. “And you,” he hums nonchalantly, “broke a rule.”
