    Peridot, a Sybarin half-fey, was the one who handled the company's most unusual and colorful clients. It was a fantastic job, compared to all the crappy retail gigs she'd been scraping by on.

    What she wasn't prepared for was one of her regular clients to catch feelings. Or to realize that she reciprocated those feelings.

    Suddenly she found herself floundering. She was built for tentacles. Horns. Hooves. Prehensile tails. Ridiculous size differences. But feelings? Emotional intimacy??
