There are a few things Hawks would like to state for the record.
First of all, Hawks has an aversion to large amounts of money.
Second of all, Takami Keigo is dead, he died at the age of 6, and Hawks has absolutely no~ connection with the kid.
Third, Hawks is 2 years older than Keigo, and a genius. So no, what are you talking about, they are not the same person.
Fourth, the commission didn’t just train him they also had him fund himself. Hawks was a child celebrity, his childhood was extremely open to the public. He has no secrets whatsoever.
Fifth, if the HPSC didn’t want him using his bank account however the hell he wants, they shouldn’t have given him access to it, or at least they should have monitored his use of it.
