A new superhero named Constant, with an incredibly advanced healing factor which renders her functionally immortal, is an emerging "hero for hire" and gets hired by the Gotham Mayoral Office to help with the recent uptick in crime. As a suicidal, nonchalant hero who's only reason for being a part of the Patriots Incorporated company is to finally find a way to die, she has her work cut out for her when a returning anti-hero/Gotham vigilante won't seem to leave her alone.
