Summary
Shun attempts to solve the Saiki puzzle as a distraction from his problems. There is (obviously) resistance and the few pieces he can gather are *not* pretty by any means. Can he break through to him and help him behave like a functioning human being? Certainly not, not if these neglected issues threaten to explode into socioeconomic catastrophe.

(Basically, people finally figure out that Kaidou's actually really cute and pretty if he just learned how to work on his appearance)
(Also obviously Teruhashi was the one meant to be recruited but she's an expert at avoiding people like this so Kaidou got caught in the crossfire)
