Summary
Tommy was human. Plain and simple. He has two legs, two arms, two eyes, two ears, and nothing like a tail or wings. Tommy had lived on the S.B.I. Voyager since he was fourteen years old. Despite living here so long, he never really had the chance to interact with the other-worldly inhabitants since he mostly found himself in the human quarters of the spacecraft.
That was until he got promoted from engine worker to chief engineer. This meant he was a part of the main council on the ship and had to speak with the other species on board. What he did not know beforehand though was, the main council on the spacecraft had never met a human before.
