Summary
Admittedly, Hermione Granger was rather abnormal. And it was not just her gifted ability to speak full sentences by four or learn to add the following year. She was sure over the past years in primary since the beginning that said weirdness helped in her ostracization. Finding her pencil resharpened after breaking it during tests, homework that was stolen and found ripped to pieces repaired completely, and forgotten books left at reading spots reappearing in her hand. Things also tended to break.
It wasn't her fault. She always tried to remain composed, but it was difficult. Especially when people constantly mistreat you for no reason. Hermione wasn't sure how much longer she would’ve taken in this environment and wanted nothing more than to escape, but she would have never guessed a change of her whole world was where she would end up, or what she thought she may have truly needed. Once getting a letter about Hogwarts, Hermione finds out the differences between the Magical World and the 'ordinary', as well as the less than magical similarities.
