Summary
Astarion's eyes followed Wyll's retreating figure as he savored the lingering sweet, buttery taste in his mouth. Suddenly, an overwhelming itch took hold in his throat. He tried to clear it once, then twice. A strange panic washed over him as he realized he couldn't stifle the inevitable onslaught. Desperately, he ducked into his tent.
The coughs that erupted from him were harsh and ragged, each one tearing through his chest with increasing intensity. His body convulsed with every spasm, muscles straining as he gasped for breath. The warm, delicious blood was on his tongue once more, and then his hands and bedding. The liquid spattered across his bedroll, and with it came something else—something delicate and unsettling.
With a final, violent hack, Astarion spat out a small clump of blood and... He stared in disbelief at the crimson petals scattered on the ground before him, soft and frilled.

Summary
When Kaveh discovers that Alhaitham has been reading a book about human sexuality and kinks, he generously offers to assist Alhaitham with some sexual exploration. It’s a risky proposal, and one that could end very badly—thanks to their falling-out years ago, the two of them have trust issues galore.
But it turns out that Kaveh and Alhaitham are surprisingly good at trust and communication when it comes to sex…which raises some questions about the nature of their relationship, and where exactly this whole experiment is leading them.
