There was barely anyone left at the site of the commotion except for the man who had instigated the entire thing.
An old man, with white hair to match, in a long, dark trench coat. His glasses glinted in the light of the lampposts standing by the street. In front of him was.. well, it clearly used to be a tent, but it looked more like a very sad attempt at one now.
