Winds roared outside the stone monastery; four monks sat around a cold stone table eating dinner as a snowstorm raged. The greybeards are known across Tamriel as masters of the way of the voice, but very few are chosen to study this art. However, that night, there was a faint knock at the door. Master Arngeir went to answer the door, but he couldn’t see anything that had passed the snow. Looking down, he saw a woman holding something passed out on the floor. There it was, a faint baby’s cry. Picking up the child, the other masters came to join him. The woman was dead, but her little girl, Ember, survived. So they took the child and became her new family. Raising this little firebrand wasn’t easy for the monks, but they discovered that Ember was a natural at learning the thu’um. By age ten, she had learned that others took years to learn. They had named her Ember after the fire in her heart. The masters think she may be dragonborn, but it’s yet to be proven as they only have her quick mastery of the thu’um to go off of.

When will the war between Man and Snyth end? It looks like a job for the brotherhood. Elizabeth, a knight commander, sets off with the Prywen to help stop this technology that has gone too far. Also, when she gets to the Commonwealth, things don't exactly go to plan. When the brotherhood first came to the Commonwealth, they set up bases all over, some as far as Sanctuary Hill, others right on the doorstep of the air base. The people gladly expect their help as they are the only ones fighting against the buggy man of the Commonwealth. Will the brotherhood come out on top? Stay tuned.
