When a stranger starts stealing people's abilities, the ADA and the Port Mafia team up to figure it out. However, something goes wrong and Dazai loses his ability in the process.
The big problem? His ability not only nullified the abilities of others, but also his own emotions. And now, for the first time in his life, Dazai has emotions, chaotic and in turmoil. In the midst of this identity crisis, Dazai sets out to explore the world with Chuuya as his grumpy bodyguard, only to discover that he has never felt so...alive. And then they find out that if they don't find a way to give him back his ability, Dazai will die within two weeks.
In a race against time, chaos ensues.

Summary
With a few others, Dazai Osamu was born into a world where the stars came crashing down. He was born into an Alien Invasion. In the beginning, everything was berserk. On a random busy day, what seemed to be pieces of rock came crashing down to Earth. Except the end of the world did not come, but more of a takeover of all humanity. These Aliens roam Earth looking for food, but the people in Yokohama will not give in easily. If Aliens were going to 'share' the same planet as them, then they'd have to be stronger than die off.

There were many options for ability users in Yokohama. They could join one of several branches of the government, or join the privately owned Armed Detective Agency. There was also the high-risk high-reward option of joining the Port Mafia.
Then there was the unofficial faction that did whatever they wanted because they weren't a business or even formally a group. The group that could freely travel around Yokohama at any time of day.
The group were known as Chuuya and Dazai's Stray.
