i remember coming across this fic a long time ago, i read until the second chapter if i remember correctly? I really liked it. I'm not sure if that there was just two chapters which was why I stopped reading or if I just decided to put it aside for later. case and point is that i forgot to bookmark/subscribe to it and i lost it for like a year or so and after using my big brain to remember certain tags i was able to find it today, yippee! i'll be happily reading through this.

Summary
Everyone Lu Guang knows follows a hedonistic lifestyle where they chased their own pleasure and nothing else. Everyone Lu Guang knows has died before, but were perfectly reconstructed right before his eyes, with them uncaring of it.
Lu Guang was content for everything to stay the same until the end of time. Until he met the mysterious criminal duo Charles and Jo in a mysterious space as a result from being affected by a distortion phenomena. Until he found a purpose.
Everything here is fine, he knows. Because he’s lived it for the past twenty one years. Everything here is wrong, he realises. But before he can unpack that any further, Cheng Xiaoshi is kidnapped and Lu Guang loses all the memories he has of him.
It takes one single memory for him to snap out of complacency to go find Cheng Xiaoshi. A name, and the daisies.
