Honestly he was beginning to enjoy being “Chrissy” as well as “Chris” and spending time with Kurt. He was honestly touched when his dad gave him the letter expressing Kurt’s true feelings for him. Now he had to make a choice either to go after Marie or to go after Kurt.

“Akaza-sama?” Someone calls from behind him.
A hiss of revulsion greets him when he shines the light on the cage, and his breath stalls in his throat when the source of the noise is finally revealed to him.
He exhales, almost failing to believe what they’d found.
Akaza’s gut stirs with unfamiliar tickles immediately after catching a glimpse of the raw, untamable fire burning in those eyes. He clenches his fist in excitement.

The alpha stood up, using his height to tower over Jounouchi. He’d always been taller, but adulthood had been kind to Kaiba, giving him even more height over the omega than what was likely necessary. He used that to his full advantage, even taking a step forward to emphasize that difference and bring them closer. Kaiba’s ears pointed backwards and his tail lashed behind him, fur bristling—all signs that he wanted to attack.
Jounouchi faltered instantly, taking half a step back.
“Then if you can read me so well,” Kaiba growled, voice low and threatening as his razor-sharp fangs glinted in the dim lighting, “what am I thinking? What is going on with me, Jounouchi?”
