Summary
Darth Vader dies in his son's arms, wondering where it all started to go wrong. He admits if he knew it was going to end this way, he would have done things a whole lot differently. The force decides to give Vader that chance and returns him right at the moment his mom dies.
Anakin immediately does things differently: He lives life in a way that makes him happy, no longer basing it on how others want from him.
What ensues? A whole lot of petty revenge and Anakin's new approach to life: Carpe Diem (Seize the Moment)
Or... Anakin brings balance to the Force by quiting the order and absolutely refusing to support any political movement.

Summary
A single action can change the course of history. Bo-Katan manages to save her sister, Satine. In doing so, things are set in motion that will save both the Jedi Order and the Republic from destruction. Even the Jedi Order would see change in their own philosophies about love, and decide to allow familes, with some rules to follow. Mandalore will rebuild and fight on the side of the Republic against the Seperatists. Also, now the false war that is the Clone Wars becomes a real war, when Sidious is taken out of the picture. All leading up to the Vong invasion.

Summary
The republic is in shambles, Obi Wan can still smell burning flesh, and in front of him are Luke and Leia Skywalker. All he has to do is bring them to their new homes but that plan is abandoned when he comes in possession of his and Satine's daughter, that was hidden from him. Now Obi Wan must face the perils of fatherhood, trying to raise three babies at once and suffering from the trauma that never truly goes away. Not to mention the empire and all of Mandalore is after him.
Or Obi Wan suffers because he decided taking in three babies would be a good idea when he has no parental experience. Along the way he takes in Ahsoka and meets some familiar faces.
