One Multiverse Over by Vigs
Fandom: Batman - All Media Types, DCU, Superman - All Media Types
20 Aug 2020
Summary
There are 52 universes in the DC multiverse, bounded by the Source wall. Beyond that wall, there are other multiverses where things are a little different. One multiverse over, familiar characters interact in unfamiliar situations; Hope, Truth, and Justice also means social justice; and "realism" doesn't mean "angst and moral ambiguity."
There are currently two running titles, which can be read separately or together:
-Capes and Cowls, starring Batman, Robin, and Oracle. Deals with issues of disability, multiplicity, and how goddamn creepy Batman's more mind-controlly villains are. Also includes sexytimes and a handful of different romance tropes.
-Children of Krypton, starring Superman and Supergirl. Deals with issues of gender identity, PTSD, and artificial intelligence. Also includes good family feelings and some Lois/Clark mutual pining.Currently on hiatus once again. Chronic illness: it makes writing hard! But I have not abandoned this.
