Summary
Both Lisa and Dennis are having a hard time dealing with the aftermath of the bank heist. Dennis finds that Skitter's violation of his personal space has sparked an obsession with revenge of a very symmetrical, eye for an eye sort. He would never act upon it, of course. He’s a hero, and heroes don’t do that kind of stuff. Never ever. He just want people to stop asking him if he’s okay. He’s fine, really.
Lisa, however, has no problem admitting that her encounter with Amy completely derailed her life. For weeks after that single, fluttering touch, Lisa has found that she can’t focus, can’t sleep, can’t think of anything but the next time that she’ll sneak in secret to see Amy and get a taste of that sweet, sweet release. The secret, however, is starting to weigh in on her relationship with Taylor.
Hilarity ensues.
Canon deviations - I replaced Amy’s personality with that of a pure sociopath - I find she's more likable that way. I left Coil’s sociopathy alone, but made him significantly more confident in his power and his ability safely to use it for his amusement.Bookmarked by Violet_Sea

When Abbadon passed by all those years before, he left behind a present. Instead of Queen Administrator, Taylor Hebert is now host to another shard altogether. And everyone who ever wronged her is in deep trouble.

Summary
The Negotiator has a problem. The rest of these peons don't seem to want to recognize her claims to royalty. They scoff and scorn her whenever she tells them of her origin, ousted from the Summer Court. Certainly, they tolerate her, when they need her power, or when they need her assistance. But none understand her, nor do they respect her.
Finally, she comes across a fellow royal. A woman calling herself 'Queen', an equal, though her throne is wax and papier mâché, and her robes are naught but tattered rags. Finally she has a peer...
And the woman scorns her.
Unbelievable.
Absolutely unbelievable.
