Summary
Sharp, cold wind bites at air-dried, taut skin. Air whistles, a shrill screech against her eardrums as the train hurtles down its destined track to oblivion. Animalistic snarls and guttural sounds snicker ahead. Through bruised splitting pink cracks, hordes of demons continue to spill in, their blackened claws tearing at the fraying threads of the Honmoon. Instinctively, Rumi’s grip tightens at the sight, knuckles drawing white, yet her sword feels heavier within her hands. It’s a recurring theme lately, something she’s noticed in the last few battles they’ve faced. Her ever-faithful companion burdens her now, lagging behind, its blade and raw power aching, unwilling and unsure.
Or, maybe, it’s the other way round.

Summary
After defeating Gwi-Ma, Rumi, Zoey, and Mira finally get a night off—and Zoey’s bringing booze and chaos. What starts as a drinking game turns into something warmer, heavier, and far more tangled. Between teasing dares, lingering touches, and long-overdue kisses, the trio begins to discover that what they’ve been dancing around might not be a joke after all.
Aka: "Couch! Couch! Couch!" but make it "Shots! Shots! Shots!" and emotionally loaded and poly.

Summary
Rumi thought everything would be okay. Their fight with Gwi-Ma had made it seem like Zoey and Mira came to terms with the fact that she had patterns just like the demons.
So, why is it that they can't even look at her?
Why can't Zoey meet her eyes? Why won't Mira speak to her?
The loneliness is killing her, and she feels as if she's growing colder with each passing second. How is she supposed to fix their relationship when it seems like her two best friends-her only friends-don't want it fixed?
Running from her problems worked for years. It kept her within that circle she wanted to return to. If it worked before, what was the problem with returning to her old ways of hiding and avoiding any issues she came across?
There wasn't any other option. She couldn't take the pain of their stares anymore. She had to get away from them. She just had to.

Summary
If you spend your whole life hating the patterns on your body, that won't suddenly disappear just because you were forced to show them and saved the world. But Rumi's girls make sure she feels loved and have none of the self-hate
OR
It seems like if I wanna see the girls kissing all over Rumi's patterns, I'll have to write it myself. Don't be discouraged by the tags, I promise it's very sweet. Rated M for smut in chapter 3.
