Summary
This was Remus’ first season as the assistant producer and he was desperate to prove himself worthy enough to carry this out to the end. Last year, he didn’t travel to the actual island and was left behind in London at the studio, mostly being in charge of the social media. In the end, he wasn’t even credited for doing it, so this right now was his time to shine! If he succeeded here, maybe, just maybe he could get an opportunity to work on TV shows that actually interested him. Something more meaningful and less of a… light-hearted summer entertainment border lining on trash programming.

“What about Alphard?” Walburga suddenly remembered her brother.
Orion looked at her in disbelief.
“As far as I know, he remains unmated. And he is an alpha.” Walburga sighed, reluctant to bring her awful brother back in, but there was no other viable solution on the horizon.
“He’s not a suitable mate, who knows if he can even produce children. He’s way past his virile age.”
“He’s fifty, he’s not that old.” Walburga frowned. The Blacks usually had their children young, but there was no reason for a fifty year old man not to be able to sire an heir.
“I’m not sure Sirius would appreciate—”
“Sirius has no say in this,” Walburga interrupted him, determined to have it her way. “If we leave him unmated for much longer, he’ll do the unthinkable and give himself to that boy.” She scoffed. “Who is not only a half-blood but a werewolf as well. I would die from shame if my grandchildren were sired by a dirty creature such as that one.” Her whole body shivered in disgust.

Summary
Bao buns, short shorts, wet hair... it's all too much for Remus who's been struggling with his unrequited feelings for quite a while. Summary
Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody - formidable executive producer of British television's foremost motoring show, Full Throttle - has a problem. The broadcaster has his balls in a vice, and because of middling ratings for their second series, he must find a third presenter to join - and control - Potter and Black, the too-posh, too-chaotic presenters already in place. Remus raises his wand because he can feel the answer bubbling up in his throat and he won’t, he can’t, let it out. He has tried for six years to move past this spectre from the halls of Hogwarts, tried to accept that that part of his life was over, and now Sirius is testing every sore spot, needling every vein, digging up every grave. Remus has spent half a decade building walls and he’ll be fucking damned if Sirius pulls them down. Yes, he is hurting, yes, he misses Sirius with every inch of his body, yes, he felt something for the first time in years waking up with Sirius’ breath on his neck, but he does not know this man. The Sirius he knew walked out of Hogwarts in May 1976, and this Beauxbatons-educated, fine upstanding rebel with a good haircut is a stranger.
The events of 1976 change the course of the Marauders’ lives and now in 1982, after drifting away from his childhood friends, Remus Lupin struggles with the reappearance of the one person he thought he would never see again.
