There’s a small crew of grad students at the bar, a kid among them who’s making everyone around him smile. He’s got the dishwater hair of an ex-blond and a nice face: happy, comfortable and expressive in a way that makes him feel immediately familiar. Tall, narrow frame, nice shoulders and big hands. The neat, patterned button-down of a twenty-something gay man. Probably inappropriate for Roy to hit on now that he’s Honorary Professor Mustang.
Could be fun, though.

Summary
Laurence and Temeraire move in with Tharkay, and find that domestic life suits far better than Laurence expected, and how the life Laurence always pictured having isn't too far from what he has now.
