And when she does come back, she carries along something Wednesday is irritable about, and she detests it and she abhors it, and Enid seems all the more blissfully aware of it—an unwanted scent.

Prompt from Saphira Winters: Instead of Ardeth going off to fight against the army of Anubis, Rick volunteers to go in Ardeth's place (after getting Alex back and with Ardeth's permission of course). And instead of Eve getting stabbed by Meela/Anck-su-namun. It is Jonathan who gets stabbed instead. So Ardeth goes after Imhotep while Evie and Alex go to ressurect Jonathan (who also has a secret past life. He is Ramases, brother to Nefertiri and son to Seti.) And before Meela/Anck-su-namun goes in to stab Evie (who was distracting her from Alex reading the book of the dead). Jonathan comes to her rescue.
