    4. DISCUSSION
    There are several possibilities regarding the identities of these two individuals and how, if at all, they may have known one another. The least questionable aspect of who these men were is that of Skeleton 1. It is almost certain he was a member of the 1845 Franklin Expedition. The question that remains, then, is who? And why did this second individual come to die at his grave?
