Summary
Jane eyed Henry’s precise, closely-cropped hair, his well-fitted suit, the unassuming grey of his tie. She hadn’t known him long at all, but he didn’t seem the type to enjoy the uniform that came with being part of his family.
Her mother was never going to stop trying to set her up with a man. Neither of their families were going to stop. They were going to have to keep going through the motions, keep stringing innocent, foolish straight people along in order to keep the hounds at bay.
Unless…
